Studio 1469 is for use by any arts discipline for:
- Rehearsals
- Class/instruction
- Auditions
- Showings/showcases
- Photo/film/video shoots
- Recording
- Readings
- Meetings/workshops
- Performances
- Special events
Percussive footwear, street shoes, rosin use, and amplified music are allowed, however rock & jazz music are not permitted (with exceptions) as building is within a residential neighborhood.
Rental rates start at $250 per day block, please inquire for full details.
Available rental hours are 10am to 10pm Sunday-Thursday, 10am to 11pm Friday and Saturday.
